Clinical information
Ayoob Academy One is an education platform. Users should not place unnecessary patient-identifying information or detailed medical records into Collaborative discussions or Academy learning records. Clinical records should remain in an appropriate clinical system.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate the Academy, review applications, route voluntary campaign updates, recruit and operationally assign potential models, deliver courses, verify learning and credentials, support faculty and students, moderate the professional community, improve platform reliability, and protect accounts. Campaign and model-opportunity email is sent only after an explicit opt-in and includes an unsubscribe mechanism.
Data retention and access
Records may be retained as necessary for educational, credentialing, operational, legal, security, and archival purposes. Access is role-based within the platform. Requests concerning account data can be submitted through the Support page.
