Course Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

At The Ayoob Aesthetic Mastery Academy, we are committed to delivering world-class aesthetic injectable education through curated live patient trainings, signature technique masterclasses, and online learning programs. Each course is intentionally designed with limited enrollment to provide an immersive, high-quality learning experience. Training combines hands-on practice with science-backed education, delivered in clearly structured sections throughout your chosen live training or masterclass. See your course schedule for full details.. Because of the significant planning and resources required, your registration directly supports our ability to maintain these standards.

• You may reschedule your course at no cost if requested at least 10 days prior to your scheduled training date.
   
• Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of the course will incur a $299 rescheduling fee and are subject to Academy approval and availability.
   

• If you have not started the online portion (if applicable) and have not selected a live patient training date, you may request a refund within 30 days of registration. A $995 cancellation fee will apply.
   
• No refunds will be granted if:
   
  • You have already accessed or begun the online course.
     
  • More than 30 days have passed since registration.
     
  • You are within 30 days of your scheduled live patient training.
     
  • You fail to attend your course (see No-Show Policy).
     

Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior rescheduling will result in:

• Forfeiture of your registration.
   
• No refunds or credits will be issued.

• Registration is first-come, first-served. We recommend early booking to secure your preferred date and location.
   
• Course access timelines (12, 15, or 18 months) begin from the month of your first attended course.
   
• Full payment is required before attending any live training.
   
• Memberships cannot be upgraded, downgraded, or transferred once purchased.
   

• All OnDemand courses and webinars are final sale. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.
  

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. AAMA is not responsible for non-refundable travel or lodging expenses.
   
• Course tuition covers instruction and standard materials; additional injectable products (if needed) may be purchased at current market rates for use during training only.
   
• Attendees may bring their own authentic injectable products, subject to approval.
   
• Proof of active professional license and malpractice insurance is required to attend. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own state board regulations.

• Participants may pay with credit cards at any time or by check only two weeks before each course.

• Checks are not accepted for payment on the day of the course for either attendance or for the products to be used at the course.

• Sharing your on-demand access or any course materials will result in denied access, forfeiting tuition and subject to prosecution.

• All course completion, certificates and continuing education credits will be awarded to attendees when all course tuition, team member verification, and course/product fees have been reconciled.

Materials are provided solely for personal professional training and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for independent teaching or training. Any unauthorized use will result in revoked access and potential legal action.

By attending an AAMA course, you consent to being photographed or recorded for Academy marketing, educational, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please notify staff prior to training.
