The Ayoob Aesthetic Mastery Academy™ (“AAMA”)

By enrolling in any course offered by AAMA, you (“Student”) agree to the following legally binding terms:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate enrollment. By submitting this deposit, Student authorizes AAMA to charge the remaining tuition balance to the payment method on file within three (3) business days.

Enrollment is not considered confirmed until full tuition has been successfully processed.

Student agrees not to dispute, reverse, or chargeback any payment made for educational services rendered or reserved.

All payments are final.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the course date may receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable and will be issued as a tuition credit only. 

Credits:

• Are non-transferable 
• Must be used within 6 months 
• Are subject to course availability 

A $199 rescheduling fee applies. Only one reschedule is permitted.

No-shows forfeit all payments and credits.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to enrollment, training, services, or this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be administered in the State of California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Student agrees:

• To waive any right to a jury trial 
• To waive participation in any class action or collective claim 
• That arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive remedy 

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Student expressly agrees:

• Not to initiate chargebacks under any circumstance once payment is processed 
• That all services provided are educational and non-refundable in nature 
• That disputes must be handled directly with AAMA prior to any external action 

Any chargeback attempt constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:

• Immediate legal action 
• Collections proceedings 
• Additional administrative fees 

Student affirms they are a licensed or credentialed medical professional eligible to perform aesthetic procedures within their jurisdiction.

Student must submit:

• Valid license 
• Active malpractice insurance 

Failure to provide documentation results in forfeiture of enrollment without refund.

Student is responsible for securing qualified models unless otherwise specified.

Failure to:

• Submit model information on time 
• Ensure model eligibility 

may result in inability to participate in hands-on training without refund.

AAMA does not guarantee model availability.

AAMA provides advanced educational training only.

• No guarantee of clinical outcomes, income, or business success is made 
• Student assumes full responsibility for application of techniques post-training 
• AAMA is not liable for patient outcomes, complications, or regulatory compliance 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAMA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages 
• Loss of income or business opportunity 
• Clinical outcomes following training 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.

By enrolling, Student confirms:

• They have read and understood all terms 
• They agree to be legally bound by this agreement 
• They waive the right to dispute these terms in any forum outside arbitration
