Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is an anatomy- and judgment-intensive area. Training should begin with assessment and risk before procedural technique.

Start with structure and candidacy

Learners should analyze profile, frontal alignment, radix, dorsum, tip, columella, projection, rotation, surrounding facial balance, prior procedures, and whether filler is appropriate at all.

Anatomy and danger awareness are central

Vascular anatomy, tissue planes, previous surgery or trauma, product behavior, injection strategy, and emergency readiness require explicit attention.

Teach sequencing and restraint

A technically possible correction may still be aesthetically or clinically inappropriate. Training should include when to stage, when to stop, and when to refer.
