CAREER

A career built at the intersection of aesthetics, science, and education.

Tanner's career developed through direct aesthetic practice, continuing education, business ownership, advanced specialization, and teaching. He built The House Call Beauty as a concierge aesthetic practice before expanding that clinical and operational experience into Ayoob Academy.

Clinical practice

Hands-on work in aesthetic assessment, injectables, facial balancing, nonsurgical rhinoplasty, treatment planning, follow-up, and complication-aware decision-making forms the practical foundation of his teaching.

Scientific foundation

A biology and premedical science background informs an evidence-aware approach that connects anatomy and physiology with clinical assessment, safety, product selection, and professional judgment.

Education development

Years of continuing education shaped a curriculum philosophy centered on progression: didactics, assessment, competency, case review, documentation, and continued professional development rather than isolated certificates.

CLINICAL + TEACHING INTERESTS

What Tanner teaches and studies.

Injectable aesthetics

Neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, biostimulatory treatments, and nonsurgical rhinoplasty.

Anatomy + safety

Facial anatomy, vascular awareness, ultrasound-informed practice, complication prevention, and recognition of risk.

Clinical reasoning

Assessment, candidacy, treatment planning, sequencing, product selection, documentation, follow-up, case critique, and longitudinal outcome review.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Teach the why, not only the how.

Tanner's teaching emphasizes reasoning before repetition. Students are expected to understand why a treatment is appropriate, what anatomy and risk factors matter, how to recognize when not to treat, how to document a decision, and how to evaluate an outcome over time.

Build judgment before speed

Technique becomes safer and more adaptable when learners understand the decision-making framework underneath it.

Integrate safety into technique

Anatomy, complication awareness, documentation, and follow-up are treated as part of every procedure—not as separate topics.

Develop beyond one course

Ayoob Academy is structured so learners can progress from foundational education into advanced training, assessment, case review, community, and mastery pathways.

ACADEMY ROLE

Founder, curriculum creator, and lead educator.

Tanner directs the Academy's educational architecture, course progression, curriculum standards, assessment model, faculty systems, and advanced AAMA mastery experience. TAMA provides standardized foundational and advanced education, while AAMA remains a more selective Tanner-led mastery pathway.
